Maintenance methods
  • Bags are stored in dark, ventilated and dry places and avoid stacking with other leather products.
  • After use, gently wipe the bag with a soft cloth or use a soft brush to remove dust and surface dirt.
  • If the bag gets wet, place dry paper inside to absorb moisture and replace it 2–3 times every 20–30 minutes. Allow the bag to air dry naturally.
  • Avoid direct hot air drying or sun exposure

For lamps with bulbs, you can choose a dimmable bulb to work with the dimmable system in your home. For lamps with LED-chip, we can customise dimmable versions for you.We can make all lamps dimmable. If you have this need, don't hesitate to enquire us.

3. Can I have a longer cable?

We offer 150cm cable for most lamps. If you want a longer cable (within 800cm), please make a note when you place the order, we will extend the cable for free.

4. Is the rated voltage of the luminaire compatible with my country/region?

The voltage of our products will be adjusted according to your country as shown below.
