Care Guide
- Prior to first-time use, please rinse with warm water and mild dishwashing liquid.
- After each use, promptly wash off residues and food stains with a soft sponge.
- We cannot guarantee that a dishwasher would not affect the exterior finishes as there are various factors involved (eg. type of dishwasher, dishwasher detergent, etc.). As such, it is recommended to only handwash the flatware to preserve the exterior as well as possible.
- However, if you use the dishwasher, please wash the flatware at a temperature lower than 104°F / 40°C. Too high temperatures can result in a chemical reaction and cause the coating to fade.
- When washing, use mild dishwashing liquid only and avoid citrus-scented, chlorine-based and anti-limescale detergents. Do not use abrasive sponges or scrubs.
- After each wash, dry with a soft towel to prevent water marks, discoloration and film buildup.
- When storing your flatware pieces, place in a dry and well-ventilated area.
- Keep spoons and forks separately from the knives to avoid scratches on the surface.

1. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours. Please email us at [email protected] your order number and invoice, we will confirm and get back to you within 24 hours.
2. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, if the return is caused by non-quality issues (including but not limited to colour, size, inappropriate style, personal reasons ......), the return shipping fee will be borne by you. The actual amount may vary from one carrier to another.
3. When will I receive the refund?
After receiving your return, it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to credit back to your original payment (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit card: 3-5 days). If you still have any problem about refund, please get in touch with us at [email protected]
4. What if I receive a damaged product?

2. Are the lights dimmable?
For lamps with bulbs, you can choose a dimmable bulb to work with the dimmable system in your home. For lamps with LED-chip, we can customise dimmable versions for you.We can make all lamps dimmable. If you have this need, don't hesitate to enquire us.
3. Can I have a longer cable?
We offer 150cm cable for most lamps. If you want a longer cable (within 800cm), please make a note when you place the order, we will extend the cable for free.
4. Is the rated voltage of the luminaire compatible with my country/region?
The voltage of our products will be adjusted according to your country as shown below.
110V-120V: USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Cuba.
